I agree to assume full responsibility for them regardless of their nature. Furthermore, I release the organization CLUB PLEIN AIR CARAQUET INC from any liability. and its board of directors, its employees, its representatives and volunteers as well as the City of Caraquet.

I therefore waive any claim and any procedure whatsoever against the persons mentioned above, following the occurrence of loss, damage or injury of any nature whatsoever that I may suffer at the Club plein air de Caraquet.
