The Club plein air de Caraquet offers you a ski waxing service for both classic and skate skis. Drop off your skis at the service counter during opening hours and we will contact you when they are ready for pick up. A good maintenance and waxing of your skis will extend their life and result in a better ski experience. All profits goes to the Nord-Roi cross country ski club. A waxing station is also available in the main room of the building for our members.
Start of season maintenance: Includes the cleaning of the skis, deep cleaning of the bases, the saturation of the bases with prep wax, glide wax application and sanding of the kick zone (for traditional classic skis).
Maintenance wax: Includes the cleaning of the ski bases and glide wax application.
Storage wax: Includes the cleaning of the skis, cleaning of the ski bases and storage wax application.
Camber test: Includes cleaning of the ski bases and the identification of the optimal kick zone for classic skis. Please contact the club for an appointment.
